Executive Chef Chris Noonan

Chef Chris Noonan’s lifelong passion for food began at his Mother’s side. He spent years with award-winning restaurant groups, hotels, and institutions, gaining mentorship under multiple James Beard-recognized chefs. At Spirits & Tales, Chef Noonan embodies the culinary and cultural experience, bringing with him a passion for foraging wild mushrooms and plants, a penchant for outdoor athletics, and a love of music via his ever-expanding vinyl collection.
